Lena Litvak is Atmosphere's Achievement Leader. Previously, Ms. Litvak has served as Atmosphere's Math Achievement Leader Teacher, Achievement Coordinator, and Achievement Teacher. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Assistant Teacher at a school for students with learning disabilities as well as a 7th Grade Math Assistant Teacher at a charter school in Harlem. Additionally, she competed on the women's tennis professional tour for more than four years. Through her work as an Achievement Leader, Ms. Litvak helps scholars develop data-driven goals and tools to be able to better display their content knowledge on standardized tests. She also develops achievement curriculum and systems with the CEO and others to help ameliorate student deficits schoolwide and build lifelong skills that will allow all Atmosphere scholars to succeed. Ms. Litvak holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Harvard University and received her certification as Teacher of Middle School Mathematics from Harvard University in 2015.
