Known for his passion and authority in shaping school culture, Mr. Jumah has spent a decade in leadership roles at prominent charter schools across the NYC metropolitan area, where he has been instrumental in creating supportive, empowering environments for students and staff. Beyond his role at Atmosphere, Mr. Jumah actively contributes to the broader educational community through impactful workshops, conferences, and mentorship programs, inspiring and guiding emerging educators toward excellence and resilience in their careers.
