Katie Thayer

Data Associate Manager

Katie Thayer is Atmosphere’s Data Associate Manager. Ms. Thayer began her career working in early childhood in her home state of North Carolina as an outreach coordinator and program manager. Her undergraduate degree is in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Carolina, and she graduated with a master’s in Education Policy from Teachers College in May 2023. In 2023, she transitioned from early childhood to Atmosphere’s middle and high school team, leaning on her experience as a literacy tutor and middle school baseball coach. She is excited to be the Data Team’s Associate Manager!
