Data Leader

Lona Nguyen is Atmosphere’s Data Leader, responsible for analyzing and interpreting educational data across all grade levels and departments to support informed decision-making and enhance student outcomes. Prior to this role, she taught English across various schools and grade levels, including Atmosphere Academy and high schools in Orlando, Florida. Ms. Nguyen holds a Master’s in Education Policy from Teachers College, Columbia University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Iona University, and a Bachelor’s in English Literature from the University of Central Florida. She is dedicated to advancing her career in education, with a mission to empower students from diverse backgrounds through high-quality learning experience
