Matthew Pidel

Social Studies Teacher

Matthew Pidel is Atmosphere’s 7th Grade Social Studies Teacher. Mr. Pidel has taught 7th-grade social studies for 11 years and has also served as a school principal. He holds a Master of Arts in Teaching Social Studies and a Post-Graduate Advanced Certificate in Educational Leadership.
Outside the classroom, Mr. Pidel enjoys spending time with his husky and creating all kinds of art. Passionate about teaching, he engages his scholars through gamification and Socratic seminars, fostering a learning experience that extends beyond the classroom.
