Sheila Pagan is Atmosphere’s Human Resources Leader, dedicated to providing strategic support and addressing the full spectrum of HR needs across the organization. Previously, she served as HR Director at a charter school in The Bronx, where she developed a strong foundation in educational HR practices. Mrs. Pagans career spans various industries, including documentary films with PBS, chemical trading, and the car rental sector, giving her a broad perspective and versatile skill set. Sheila holds a degree in Human Resources Management and is committed to fostering a collaborative, positive, and efficient work environment at Atmosphere.
