Geometry Teacher

Lenny Perez is Atmosphere’s 10th Grade Geometry Teacher, bringing a strong academic foundation and extensive experience in education to his role. Mr. Perez holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master of Science in Mathematics and Education from Lehman College, along with a Biochemistry degree from Hunter College, where he also minored in Physics and Mathematics. His professional journey includes 11 years as a School Coordinator at a public high school in NYC and two years as a high school math teacher in the public school system. Now in his fourth year teaching math in the charter school system, Mr. Perez is dedicated to helping students understand and master math, which he views as the universal language of the universe.
