Jean Michel Solal

French Teacher

Jean Michel Solal is Atmosphere’s 9th Grade French Teacher, bringing a rich background in French education and a dedication to student success. Born in Paris, Mr. Solal holds a Master’s degree in French from the Sorbonne and began his teaching career in French high schools, primarily in underserved neighborhoods. Since 2012, he has taught in the U.S. in public and private schools, serving as a DELF examiner, French teacher, academic coordinator, and guidance counselor. Certified by the French Ministry of Education and the State of Florida, Mr. Solal strives to create a learning environment where students feel valued and motivated to reach their full potential. In his free time, he enjoys playing music and cooking.
