Culture Associate

Jessica Richardson is Atmosphere’s 9th Grade Culture Associate, bringing a wealth of experience in education, coaching, and fitness to her role. She earned her B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Studies from SUNY Cortland and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Physical Education at Hofstra University. With over 15 years of teaching experience in primary and secondary schools and 19 years of coaching, Ms. Richardson has achieved impressive success, including winning seven charter school championships. Her passion for health and fitness extends beyond the classroom, as she has also been a dedicated Zumba instructor for 12 years, inspiring individuals to reach their fitness goals through dynamic workouts. Outside of her professional life, Ms. Richardson is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, drawing, and relaxing at parks and beaches. She balances her vibrant career with creative and recreational pursuits, often unwinding with a good movie.
