Dr. Ling Chen Kelley (刘凌尘) is Atmosphere’s 9th-11th Grade Mandarin Chinese Teacher, bringing two decades of experience in teaching and educational administration across a range of levels, from Montessori toddlers to post-graduate professionals in both China and the United States. With extensive experience in simultaneous translation, Dr. Kelley has completed three dozen professional translations and authored a dozen academic publications spanning Chinese history, art, international business, multiethnic studies, and swarm robotics. He holds a BA from Bard College and both an MA and PhD (ABD) from Tsinghua University. Dr. Kelley encourages his students to engage with the world through their classroom knowledge, aspiring to be assets to the global community.
