She began her professional journey with Westhab, where she built a strong foundation in community-focused work and student support. Dolphy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, bringing both structure and compassion into the classroom. She is passionate about helping young people grow into the best versions of themselves, both academically and personally, and is committed to creating a positive, engaging learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to succeed.
