Cassandra Coleman

Math Teacher

Cassandra Coleman is Atmosphere’s 7th Grade Math Teacher. Ms. Coleman received her B.A. in Education from Lehman College and attended City College to pursue an. M.A. in Education. She has been a dedicated educator for 15 years. Over the years she has had the pleasure to teach Middle School in the public, charter, and private sectors. Her most recent roles have included serving as a Math Regents Prep Teacher, Curriculum and Instruction Leader for the US Army’s Child Development Center in Georgia, and Math Teacher for the Department of Education. When not working, Ms. Coleman volunteers at her church heading an outreach program organizing free tutoring and educational services for the children in their neighborhood. Ms. Coleman’s teaching philosophy is that every child is born with potential and is thrilled to be a part of the Atmosphere community.
