Kayla Scarborough

Social Studies Teacher

Kayla Scarborough is Atmosphere’s 9th Grade Pre AP World History Teacher. She earned a Master of Science in Teaching from Fordham University and a Master of School Administration from the College of Saint Rose. Over her extensive career, she has taught elementary, middle, and high school grades, focusing on the humanities. In her leadership experience, she has served as an instructional coach, administrator, and educational consultant. Kayla’s commitment to educating the whole child is evident in her ability to build a strong classroom culture and differentiate to meet diverse learners’ needs. Kayla is thrilled to return to her love of teaching and is excited to positively impact the educational experience of Atmosphere’s young people.
