Jonathan Yuan

English & World Language Teacher

Jonathan Yuan is Atmosphere’s 10th-grade English and World Language Teacher. A native of Los Angeles and Teach For America alumnus, Mr. Yuan earned his B.A. in Mass Communications at the University of California, Berkeley, and his Ed.M. in Learning and Teaching (Instructional Leadership) at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Previously, he taught English, Speech and Debate, Theatre Arts, and Algebra I at the Middle and High School levels in New York, Texas, and Japan. He brings a multidisciplinary experience into the classroom at Atmosphere to empower his scholars to realize their fullest potential.
