High School Operations Leader

Sumaiya Sarawat is Atmosphere’s High School Operations Leader. Before joining Atmosphere Academy, Sumaiya worked at Success Academy and Public Prep as an operational leader, advocating for education reform and equity for all students over the last seven years. Her experience includes improving operational efficiency, team development, and productivity while leading her teams to become the top-performing school in all operation metrics. Sumaiya also spent two years at the Management Center, ensuring seamless training processes for managers and staff in social justice and educational equity organizations to build the skills and mindsets you need for effective management. Sumaiya was raised in Brooklyn, New York, and holds a master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Management.
