Operations Associate

I work as an Operations Associate at Atmosphere Academy with three years of experience in school operations. In my role, I support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the building, helping to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient learning environment for students and staff.

I take pride in planning ahead, prioritizing urgent tasks, and providing technology support to staff members throughout the building. My goal is to help maintain smooth daily operations so that teachers and students can focus on teaching and learning. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lehman College. My background in psychology helps me better understand and communicate with students, allowing me to support their needs and contribute positively to the school community.
