Social Studies Teacher

Mark DeCastro is Atmosphere’s 9th Grade Pre-AP World History and Pre-AP Art teacher. Mr. DeCastro holds a Bachelor’s Degree from John’s Hopkins University and a Master’s Degree from New York University. As an alumnus/alumna of a public school, Mr. DeCastro understands and supports the unique opportunity that Atmosphere provides. Mr. DeCastro is passionate about ensuring all students have access to a well-rounded understanding of art/history that suits their individual academic needs.
