Culture Assistant

Adrian Brown is Atmosphere’s 8th Grade Culture Assistant. With over a decade of experience working with children, he brings heart, insight, and strategy to every learning environment he enters. Mr. Brown’s background includes leadership roles such as Dean of Students and Afterschool Director, where he also served as Basketball Coordinator—blending mentorship with movement and mindset.
Mr. Brown holds a B.A. in Sociology from SUNY Oswego and is currently pursuing an M.A. in Psychology. He specializes in data-informed approaches to child development and behavior. His strengths lie in collaboration, conflict resolution, and the dynamic intersection of neuroscience and pedagogy—also known as neuro-pedagogy. Deeply adaptable and endlessly curious, He’s committed to supporting young people as they grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
