Kevin Donovan

Social Studies Teacher

Kevin Donovan is Atmosphere’s 10th-Grade Social Studies Teacher. Kevin was born and raised in Queens, NY, but now resides in Westchester with his wife and two children. He began his educational career in 1998 in Woodside, Queens, after graduating from St. John’s University. Between the years 2005-2008, Kevin left teaching to try his hand in law enforcement, working for the NYPD. He returned to education in 2009 and has worked in the Bronx, principally as a high school social studies teacher and leader. Kevin proudly earned his second master’s in Educational Leadership from Hunter College in 2021 and is very excited to become a strong member of the Atmosphere Community.
