Stella Quarshie

9th Grade Leader

Stella Quarshie is Atmosphere’s 9th Grade Leader. Ms. Quarshie will support Atmosphere’s incoming and returning students in acclimating to the rigor and expectations of high school. A Bronx native, Ms. Quarshie is dedicated to helping students find their sense of self. Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Masters of Science degrees from St. John’s University, University of Pennsylvania, and Bank Street School of Education. A career-long educator, Ms. Quarshie taught special education mathematics in the Bronx, Manhattan, and Yonkers. Her passion for helping students succeed also led her to positions as a school administrator in Yonkers. Ms. Quarshie enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
